As part of our transition to a new claims processing system, eligibility and benefit information is temporarily unavailable through Landmark Connect.

Claims payment information and remittance advices for dates of service through September 30, 2026, remain available through the portal.

We appreciate your patience as we work to restore full functionality.

ACTION REQUIRED – ERA Enrollment for New Payer ID LHP31

Providers receiving electronic payments (EFT) should register for ERA/835 under the new LHP31 payer ID as soon as possible. Existing ERA enrollment under LNDMK does not transfer to LHP31.

Providers who receive EFT will not receive a paper remit. To access remit information, providers must either:

• Register for ERA/835 with their clearinghouse using payer ID LHP31, or
• Access remit information through Landmark Connect.

Please update your ERA enrollment for LHP31 as soon as possible to avoid delays in reconciling electronic payments.
